Shipping policy
DELIVERY
CEDA reserves the right to modify delivery terms at any time.
Deliveries will only be made to fixed addresses and are therefore excluded hotels, P.O. boxes, post offices, relay points, non-fixed addresses or residences (camping, caravans, mobile homes...).
Delivery is considered to have been made when the product is made available by the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to check his order on arrival and to make any claims that appear justified.
If the products delivered do not conform in kind or in quality to the specifications indicated on the delivery note, the customer must make his complaints within eight (8) days of delivery, in writing to our Customer Service Department (mail to be sent to :

Deliveries in mainland France
Our delivery times are as follows:
- Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed from Monday to Thursday after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.
- Orders placed from Friday after 1pm to Sunday evening will be dispatched the following Monday.
- Orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
During the competition period, our logistics workshop is faced with a large flow of order preparation... a delay of 1 to 2 days is therefore possible. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Delivery method :
Colissimo, on average 48 to 72 hours,
Shipping is free for orders over €50. If the amount is less than 50
shipping costs are €5.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary according to destination or exceptional circumstances. Under no circumstances can Laura Sim's or CEDA SAS be held responsible for failure to meet delivery deadlines.
Dom Tom & International deliveries
Our shipping times are as follows:

International delivery is by Colissimo. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Costs and delivery times vary according to destination:
For shipments to French overseas departments and territories (DOM TOM) via Colissimo, please allow an average of 5 to 10 days for delivery, free of charge for orders over €100 and €20 for orders under €100.
For shipments to the European Union and Switzerland (Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Finland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland), please allow 3 to 6 days for delivery, free of charge for all orders over €50 and charged €10 for all orders under €50.
Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to check with his local customs office for the amount of these taxes.
