Deliveries in Metropolitan France
Our shipping times are as follows:
- For any order placed Monday to Friday before 1 p.m., the order will be shipped the same day.
- For any order placed from Monday to Thursday after 1 p.m., the order will be shipped the next day.
- For any order placed from Friday after 1 p.m. to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
- For any order placed on public holidays, the order will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination or exceptional circumstances.

Transport costs are offered from 75€ of purchase. If the amount is less than €74.99, the shipping cost is €8 .
Dom Tom & International deliveries
Our shipping times are as follows:

During the competition period, our logistics workshop is faced with a large flow of order preparation... a delay of 1 to 2 days is therefore possible, we thank you in advance for your indulgence.
International delivery is done by Colissimo. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and customs duties may apply at destination. Costs and delays vary according to destination:
For shipments to DOM TOM , via Colissimo, allow an average of 5 to 10 days, shipping costs are free for all purchases over €100 and charged €20 for all orders of less than €100 .
For shipments to the European Union , expect a delivery time of 3 to 6 days, free for all orders over €90 and charged €10 for all orders for a lower amount.
Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. You can contact us if you have any doubts about this.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you want to return a product to us? No worries ! For any returns, please send us an instant message via the Laura Sim website . Please specify: the number of your order, the product(s) returned, the reason(s) for the return as well as a request for an exchange, a purchase voucher or refund. Thus you will be assured of the proper processing of your request and of greater speed in its management.
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the order to return, at his expense, the product(s) that he ordered(s) if that (these) do not give him satisfaction. To cancel your order, it is important to inform CEDA Paris, as soon as possible, before the order is shipped.
The product(s) must be returned in its (their) packaging and its (their) original unopened packaging, and accompanied by the delivery note and the invoice to the following address: CEDA SAS, 02 AVENUE DES MARRONNIERS, 94380 BONNEUIL-SUR-MARNE.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any risk related to the return of the product(s) is the responsibility of the customer.
If the conditions mentioned below are met, the customer will be reimbursed for all sums incurred by him on the occasion of the purchase of the product(s) concerned.

If the article is refused by CEDA SAS, it is returned to the Customer at the expense of CEDA SAS without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a voucher is automatically created and sent to the customer.
When the order was accompanied by a gift offered under conditions - for example, a gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached, or accompanied by participation in a contest - if you return products and/or the amount remainder of your order no longer fulfills the conditions of the offer, in this case you must also return the gift to us in order to be reimbursed via gift card.
